Management Assistant (m/w/d)

in Cologne.

Tasks

  • Organization of the general processes in the office
  • Handling daily business and correspondence
  • Communication with maintenance services as well as other service providers
  • Supporting the management in project application and project documentation
  • Assisting the management in preparation and editing of business and meeting documents, including presentations and reports
  • Supporting other departments with administrative tasks, especially Accounting and HR

Requirements

  • Academic qualifications helpful but not mandatory
  • Experience in office management and administration processes
  • High proficiency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Profound knowledge of the standard MS-Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Structured, accurate and independent working style
